New Features for Agents and Property Owners
With the revamp of our portal we have changed how our website users are classified. Upon registering, you can now choose the following options from the drop-down box:
Agency – if you would like to register your company and control all of your agents from a central account.
- Set company profile
- Add agents
- Assign one or more agents to individual listing
- Manage all listings from a single account
Agent – for freelancers and single agents.
- Set personal profile
- Manage your listings
Developer – for real estate companies and their new developments.
- Set company profile
- Manage all listings
User – for private owners or clients searching for a new home
- Set personal profile
- Manage listings
Depending on your choice of account, appropriate options will be available in your client dashboard.
Additionally, all clients, regardless of designation, are able to:
- save favourites,
- compare properties,
- save searches with the option of daily email alerts
All our clients with active subscriptions have had their accounts migrated over with their respective packages, and the listing counter was reset. We kindly ask those users that have not been active on the website for longer than 30 days, to re-register.
All new accounts receive two free listings (1 of which is featured).
Subsequently you are able to choose a package that suits you directly from your dashboard.
